High-performance thinking for high-stakes work.
CORPORATE MENTAL FITNESS

This isn't an EAP session.
It's not a mindfulness retreat.
It's mental performance training for people doing serious work.
Today's corporate environment places enormous sustained pressure on people. Constant decisions, complex relationships, high stakes and no off switch. Over time that pressure leads to reactivity, burnout, poor judgement and disengaged teams.
Dr Ben Robbins delivers mental fitness programs that address this directly. Not with therapy. Not with generic wellbeing talks. But with the same evidence-based psychological tools used by elite athletes, adapted for corporate leaders, professional teams and high-pressure work environments.
The goal is simple: give your people the practical mental skills to stay calm under pressure, make better decisions, communicate more effectively, and sustain their performance without burning out.
Every program is tailored to your organisation's specific context, challenges and culture.
A note on EAP: Employee Assistance Programs are valuable for individuals in crisis. Ben's programs work differently — they're proactive, skills-based and designed for teams. The two are complementary, not the same thing.
One session or an ongoing program, both deliver real outcomes.

Victorian employers now have a legal duty to act on psychological health.
New legislation — December 2025

Victorian employers now have an enforceable duty to identify psychosocial hazards and take reasonable steps to control work-related risks to mental health — across every workplace, including corporate offices.
