PROGRAM OUTCOMES & CASE STUDIES

Every program is measured. Here's what the data shows.

These are the real outcomes from real programs with real workforces — measured before and after using validated psychometric instruments. Not self-reported anecdotes. Not participant opinions alone. Independent data, every time.

All results use validated psychometric instruments — Stroop Test, MAAS and perceived stress scales — with pre and post assessment included in every program.

MEASUREMENT METHODOLOGY

How the results are measured.

Every Ben Robbins program includes pre and post psychometric assessment using three independently validated instruments.

COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE

Stroop Test

A well-established neuropsychological assessment measuring selective attention, cognitive flexibility and processing speed — the mental skills that determine how well someone manages competing demands and distractions under pressure.

Measures: selective attention · processing speed · cognitive flexibility

MINDFULNESS & AWARENESS

MAAS — Mindful Attention Awareness Scale

A validated instrument measuring present-moment awareness and mindful attention in daily life — how well someone stays focused on the task at hand rather than being pulled into distraction or autopilot.

Measures: present-moment awareness · attentional focus · mindfulness in daily life

STRESS & WELLBEING

Self-reported stress scales

Validated self-report measures of perceived psychological stress, capturing how participants experience and respond to the demands of their work and personal environment.

Measures: perceived stress · emotional load · wellbeing at work and home

i

All three instruments are administered before the program begins and again on completion. Program reports can be used for WHS documentation, leadership reporting and board-level accountability under the OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025.
